Hi. Was diagnosed IBS in march 2018. Since then I've been experiencing eating stomach cramps that were manageable. But over last 12 days eating cramps feel worse. I also bloat & have incomplete bowel motion.R these permanent symptoms or will subside?
It seems like when I eat a lot of bread or chips I get very bloated, gassy, stomach pains, my bowel movements change, and sometimes I have frequent normal bowel movements or I have diarrhea and then its done. Could this be gluten intolerance or Ibs?
