Healthy Eating: Look for some snacks you can take on the run! like apples, dried fruit, nuts, etc. These can be consumed at your desk, while talking on the phone and while driving. Eating just prior to sleeping can lead to increased weight gain. Your metabolism slows down while sleeping, and therefore, you pack on more pounds.
