Great question: Research is mixed but in general it is recommended to not eat late at night before going to sleep. However some research suggests eating at night in small amount is good to increase metabolism & reduce hunger the next day. Eating healthy & at your individually-determined caloric intake is a good idea any time. Study your response to eating at night & refraining from night eating & see your result.
