Fever: Some older infants with fever show no other symptoms. If your granddaughter is feeding and voiding well hand is playful, she may be developing a viral infection. If her pediatrician cannot find an obvious cause of her fever, a urinalysis and/or culture should be done. Baby girls can have urinary tract infections.
