2nd day in a row my 3 years daughter has high fever at night close to 103f with no other symptoms. she is fine during day time. what could be reason?

Fever: You didn't mention your daughter's age but a viral infection is likely. If she is preschool aged or younger she could have roseala- a rash appears several days after fever. Have her seen by her doctor if the fever persists, if she develops redness or peeling skin of the hands/feet, red eyes or cracked lips
