FEVER = ILLNESS: She is ill. She has an infection. She is very hot and this fever is dangerous. She needs to be seen urgently by a physician.

Viral Illness: Your daughter has a diagnosis of 'allergic rhinitis'. Symptoms: sneezing, itchy nose with rubbing, watery/mucosy drainage, narrowed nasal passage with swelling/boggy, pale inside. Nasal steroid usually given by pediatrician. 102-103 f is moderate, not high, probably due to new viral infection. If fever continues more than 10-15 days with yellow, thick drainage, see her doc. To rule out sinusitis.
