Artificial Tears: If the dryness is in the context of contact lens use, then switching brands or discontinuing the lenses is the first choice. Treatment for dry eye ranges from artificial tears, to prescription eyedrop medications (such as restasis) to punctal plugs.

Move the ac: Air blowing from the AC duct aggravates the problem. Turn it down or move the vents away from your face.
