Very quickly: Any of these symptoms that are truly from the hyperparathyroidism typically go away within hours to days. You may wake up frim surgery with some symptoms completely gone. However, there can be many other reasons for these symptoms, and it is impossible to predict beforehand with any certainty which ones will go away after surgical removal of the problem gland(s).
