Must see an Endo: Need to be seen by an endocrinologist asap. Elevated liver enzymes is not uncommon in individuals with high thyroid levels. Crohns and graves disease are both autoimmune in nature.

Get evaluated: You cannot diagnose graves' disease by symptoms alone. You need to see your doctors to have the graves' and Crohn's disase confirm by labs/imaging and possibly tissue biopsy.

Graves and Crohns: Both disorders are auto-immune. First see an endocrinologist, then a gastroenterologist.
