See a doctor: Liver enzyme elevation can cause by medication, fatty liver, hepatitis or other causes. Please see her ob/gyn get a further check up.

No: A normal, healthy pregnancy should not raise liver enzymes. However there are some serious conditions in later pregnancy that can involve elevated liver enzymes (ie hellp syndrome). Make sure your wife sees her OB doc regularly, and asks him/her why her liver enzymes might be elevated.
