What doctors can help me deal with stress?

Many: Start with your pcp or generalist physician. You may benefit from seeing a counsellor with a masters or doctorate in psychology or even a psychiatrist. Life coaches may also be of benefit. Many employers have an employee assistance program to help you with stress. Perhaps even a close friend, mentor or your clergy.

You may not even: Need a doctor to help you deal with stress. A therapist can certainly be helpful. Learning stress reduction skills such as medication, progressive relaxation or tai chi can also help.
