Stress is part of : Every day life. The issues is how stress is impacting you. Ways to address stress. Talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, yoga, exercise program.

Personal change: Dealing w/stress requires personal investigation and adaptation/change -- not relying on doctors alone to cure it. People experience the complex of symptoms they call "stress" when faced with more life changes than they feel internally equipped to handle. This varies between individuals, and at different times in their lives. Review your personal stresses for what you can change. Talk w/a mentor.
