Personal change: Dealing w/stress requires personal investigation and adaptation/change -- not relying on doctors alone to cure it. People experience the complex of symptoms they call "stress" when faced with more life changes than they feel internally equipped to handle. This varies between individuals, and at different times in their lives. Review your personal stresses for what you can change. Talk w/a mentor.
