Anything: H. Pylori is a bacterium which often infects the stomach. It can lead to gastric or duodenal ulcers and increases the risk of stomach cancer. It is easily treated with antibiotics and acid suppression. It doesn't prevent you from eating any foods. Your risk of ulcers is higher i'd you take nsaids (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.) though.
