No h-pylori... very minor focal intestinal metaplasia... how can i reverse the very very early stages of this? i do eat a fair amount of sodium in foods. i could cut down on that. i also drink a lot of soda and caffeine.

Intestinal metaplasi: This finding occurs in a number of settings- response to H pylori, atrophic gastritis, and in some de novo settings. The risk of neoplasia is still low when an isolated finding, but bears watching. Aside from treatment of helicobacter, other interventions are not known to reverse the change. Depending on the location, (more innocent the more distal the biopsy) just making sure no h.p is best preve
