Not normally: You definitely need to see a physician as soon as possible. H. Pylori by itself does not normally cause you to have full body swelling. There's something else going on that needs to be investigated, and examined by your physician. Don't delay.

Had upper GI scope. Finding non bleeding duodenum ulcer. Stomach was tested for h pylori - negative. Duodenum wasnt tested. Can HP only infect duodenum? Should duodenum also be tested for HP? I dont take meds that cause ulcers - have severe stress?
