Is there any possibility to double check for how long has the h pylori been present in the body and is there any different strain associtaed any area?

Not really : There is no real way of telling how long someone has had h. Pylori for unless there has been previous testing done for it. There are also no commercially available tests for different h. Pylori strains as well ad they may not be clinically relevant.
