Fiber: A low calorie, high fiber diet in association with exercise and plenty of water consumption is your best bet. In general, diets are ineffective because they have an end!

Weight: Constipation is separate issue: add fiber and water. Light exercise and less intake. Muscle does weigh more than fat.
