See counselling: This sound rather dramatic for an age issue but if you are suffering over this issue, you should seek help from an appropriate mental health professional. You may need counselling and you may need medication. You need help with acceptance. Perhaps you are having issues with mortality. There are other diagnostic considerations. Get some counsellng and evaluation.
