What are your thoughts? could you please suggest me some prayers to deal with depression?

I know that when I : Am down or struggling, i pray to heavenly father in my own words. I ask for comfort. I ask to have the strength to face things that i know will be difficult. I ask the lord to put people in my life who can teach me & inspire me. At the same time, i also give thanks for the many things that are good. I believe that it is the spirit with which we pray that is important - not the words. Take care.
