Refocus!: Ocd thoughts are so intrusive, so demanding. It is almost as if someone else takes over your mind. Take your mind back! focus on meaningful activities, things that make you feel good. Recognize that these thoughts are just words floating around in your head. Imagine an "off" switch that you can press to turn them off. Don't let your body become victim to your mental distress.
