Unlikely: Unfortunately, most ovarian cancers don't have symptoms. If they do, it is usually vague abdominal discomfort, bloating, getting full early. Most ovarian cancers happen after the menopause. However, some young women with certain ovarian cancers can present with pain. So if you are concerned, you need to see your gynecologist.
