I have been diagnosis with pcos, i have been having a lot of pain in my 1 ovary and having calf cramping. is this a sign of ovarian cancer?

Not necessarily: Unfortunately there are very FEW signs of ovarian cancer - most people don't feel much. If you have pain in an ovary I would have it checked - probably an ultrasound to see what's going on.
