No: You have already indicated that your ct scan showed no evidence of a mass lesion, and diagnosis of ovarian ca would require some physical evidence to warrant a biopsy. This cannot be diagnosed by vague non-specific symptoms or by laboratory testing. As recommended earlier, you need to have a very good primary care doctor coordinating your care. Hope you feel better and have less back pain.

Unlikely,: Your age and presentation suggest many other likely diagnosis. Incidentally, how did you know that your estrogen is low? Cramps in 39 y female could are likely to be due to menstrual cycles. When does cramping occur? Cyst, infection, review of other systems... Cancer is low on the list. The differential is wide open. Relax and go to general practioner who would be very helpful in your case.
