Alzheimers: Alzheimers is a complex disease so it is necessary to work closely with your doctor. Does your husband have other illness e.g. Diabetes that requires careful dieting? In general adding raw fruits and vegetables, whole or blended with berries and nuts helps the nutrition. Add vitamin D3 if blood tests show it is low. Vit d level should be optimal at above 50-100 range.
