What is worse: low blood pressure or high blood pressure? what is easier to fix?

It depends: Low blood pressure, in general, unless symptomatic (fatigue or dizziness usually) is not a problem, and as such does not need "fixing". High blood pressure is otherwise known as the "silent killer" and often does not have any symptoms associated with it, but is very important to treat. In the right hands, high blood pressure is very often treatable. Treatment starts with a low salt diet usually.

Depends: High blood pressure can cause damage to the blood vessels of your organs and can cause strain to your heart ... Low blood pressure can result in not enough blood and oxygen going to your organs and can cause you to faint or your organs to malfunction.
