See doc: Check with a doctor. This may need treatment and certainly warrants evaluation. Cut back salt. Lose weight. Keep a blood pressure diary for a month. Check it at scheduled times, 3 times a week (one during the morning, one evening, one afternoon) not based on how you are feeling. Sit for 20 to 30 minutes before taking it, and don't have caffeine for an hour before taking it.
