Need more info: It is not clear what procedure you are referring to... Microvascular decompression does not clearly identify any specific procedure that I am aware of. Please provide more information for complete answer.

What do you mean: It is not clear by what you mean b macro vascular decompression. If you are talking about i microdiscectomy where the microscope is used to help decompress a spinal nerve hen 5-7 day for the surgical site pain to go away it could take much longer for the pain created by the compression to resolve.
