Slow recovery: Assuming it was an arthroscopic rotator cuff repair it means 3-6 months of rehab. Of course large tears and method of repair affects this. Follow your therapist and surgeon instructions to a t and remember that over doing it doesn't get you better faster, it can actually have the opposite effect. Good luck!
