She needs med-check: Headache can be caused by many different causes, aneurysm being one of them. But drooping Eyelid is a bad sign and requires check up by a neurologist as it implies some underlying cause in the brain which can be serious. So do not waste anytime waiting, seek medical attention by a PCP or a neurologist or both ASAP.
