This is because subutex immediately will withdraw opioids in your system. Better to wait 72 hours after stopping opioids before initiating subutex. Keep building your subutex levels this will stop the withdrawal issues.

See below: If it is not withdrawal, than it is intolerance to subutex which we see at times. The clue is worsening of symptoms during the first hour after taking the drug. If this is the case, you are out of luck and need to find another solution.
