Call your doc NOW: Can't tell what this is here, but frequent vomiting, then vomiting black solid stuff could be a clot of blood. Lots of causes for upper gastrointestinal bleeding, including tears of blood vessels from vomiting, ulcers, inflammation, etc. Call your doc. Get examined. May need lab tests, fluids, other testing.
