Hepatitis: Classic symptoms of hepatitis include clay-colored stool & cola-colored urine. That's b/c (dark) bile pigment is going into urine rather than stool. Of course, pigment also ends up in skin & whites of eyes, so patients complain of yellow skin & eyes. Safest recommendation is to go see your Family Doc who can run appropriate tests. Many causes of hepatitis, not all of which are infectious.
