Adderrall for sure: will most impact ADHD from your list, but Green Tea is good, too, especially for the ADD part (not so much for the "H" part). Ginseng has little effect in my experience. Rhodiola Rosea, 5 htp, St. John's Wort and SAM-e have anti-depressant effects or side effects, which might help ADHD if it is part of depression (poor concentration). Probiotics? No. Tyrosine? Maybe.

Sounds like your: mind is racing like a machine gun through all these stimulating supplements that will not relax you, until you understand what is important with ADHD. What activity eases your mind? Meditation? Walking? Contemplation? Do more of these things, rather than ingest more supplements initially. See if these alone can help your mind from racing through thoughts. Then, when you add one thing at a time.

See how each works with your system, and don't combine until you've recorded how it makes you feel. Ginseng, Tyrosine, 5 HTP may stimulate you. There are two rhodiolas, and one is also more stimulating than the other. SAMe & St, Johns Wort works as an antidepressant, and Green Tea has caffeine and can be stimulating. Probiotics may help the most! Bottom line. Don't overdo! See your Dr, and ask! :D
