Not directly...: Fluoxetine does not directly help manage the symptoms of adhd. However, if one is depressed or overly anxious, the ssri may indirectly treat the underlying condition and improve concentration/motivation over time.

Not generally: There are some antidepressants that are known to help with adhd. Usually they are ones that boost adrenaline (aka norepinephrine). Examples include wellbutrin and maybe Effexor (venlafaxine) or cymbalta. Prozac doesn't do much of that and is not usually prescribed just for adhd.
