Wrong meds?: I would question the meds prescribed. Fluoxetine is indicated for anxiety and Adderall is fine for adhd, but neither Clonidine nor Hydroxyzine are indicated for sleep. More useful meds for sleep include lunesta, rozerem, (ramelteon) ambien, Doxepin and restoril. All of these are approved for insomnia and generally restore sleep. Chronic iinsomnia should be thoroughly investigated by a sleep specialist.

Probably safe.: The doses you have listed (10 mg of prozac, 25 mg of vistaril, (hydroxyzine) and 0.2 mg of clonidine) seem reasonable to me, especially if there was at least a few days between starting each (so that the cause of any adverse effects might be more easily known). Taking Adderall (as indicated) with these has some risks of adverse interactions, thus close monitoring for potential adverse effects is indicated.
