Medication effects: Using Xanax (alprazolam) together with Prozac may increase blood levels of Xanax (alprazolam) causing excessive drowsiness, thus affecting your studies. Ritalin may increase the blood levels and effects of Prozac and risk of rare but serious Serotonin Syndrome. Discuss with Psychiatrist: • Diagnosis • Taking only Xanax (alprazolam) for Anxiety, adjusting the dose • Not to take Ritalin • Therapy for stresses • Breathing Relaxation

Heel-toe expert only: First, you should not use meds that have not been prescribed to you for a specific condition. I don't understand what 0.25mg Xanax (alprazolam) can help with taken once daily. It doesn't last long enough to treat anxiety all day. Ritalin plus Xanax (alprazolam) is like pressing the gas pedal and brake at the same time. For an expert driver it's a great maneuver, for an amateur it could spell disaster.
