If no open sores...: You can try having her soak in a warm bath tub with water to which you can add 8 ounces of bleach. Stir it up before she gets in, and soak for 20 minutes. This seems to really cut down on the amount of bad bacteria on the skin. She will probably only need to do this once or twice, once a week is fine. Make sure all towels, sheets, bed clothes have been washed in hottest water possible also.

She is a : Carrier of staph on her skin, so anytime the skin is broken, like when shaving, the bacteria gets under the skin leading to an infection. She needs decolonization treatment to decrease the staph on her skin. Speak with your doctor or see an id doctor.
