Yes: Yes, in fact most practitioners of orthomolecular medicine are md's (though do's & nd's also practice orthomolecular medicine). There are professional societies such as the american board of integrative holistic medicine, the american college for advancement in medicine & the orthomolecular health medicine society that offer excellent conferences and workshops related to orthomolecular medicine.
