Noncardiac -: It usually means that it is not of cardiac origin - it is not a heart pain - heart pain (angina pectoris) is usually non focal, many a times are described as pressure or tightness involving the whole region of chest or trunk and the discomfort may radiate to the left or both arms - but you may consider getting GI (bowel, gallbladder) evaluation.
