Your : Your question is not clear. Do you go to bed at 7am because you are on shift work? Do you go to bed earlier but can't fall asleep until 7am? What medication (prescription and recreational) do you take? How much caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks) do you take? Do you have any medical problems (thyroid, neurological)? Even with answers to these questions it may be impossible to discuss possible causes without an examination. Recommend you discuss the problem with your physician.
