I took 45 mg of temapazam 3 hours ago, still not working, i have a flight to catch in 4 hours, i won't be able to sleep at all, what can i do beside showering, to get rid off drug from system, i am traveling with a minor, i need to be alert n focused?

After three hours of taking a big dose temazepam (45 mg) without effect then chance of falling sleep later on may not occur. Temazepam is metabolized by the liver so there is no way to hasten its eradication. I would suggest strong coffee/tea to keep you awake if you eventually feel sleepy on board. Definitely, you are not allowed to drive to the airport in this situation. Good luck.
