What's the minimum hours of sleep one can get and still reach their full potential height?

Varies: This question varies by age, sex and genetics but generally for 18-50 yr old about 6-8 hours is normal. Less has been linked to a number of chronic conditions including depression, diabetes and heart disease and more has been linked to other problems. For younger people betwee 6-18 yr olds it is more, probably closer to between 9-11 hours.
