will scars from a cranioplasty prevent the regrowth of hair? how will the scars from a cranioplasty affect the look of the hair or head after everything has healed?

Depending : Depending upon the location of the incisions you may have areas of alopecia (hair loss) along any incision line placed in hair bearing areas. This is difficult to prevent, but is usually easily masked unless you wear your hair short.
