Neck : Neck lift surgery shouldn't affect your ability to get Botox treatment into your vocal cords. You would likely want to avoid Botox therapy in the area immediately after neck lift surgery to allow the swelling to resolve. Make sure to discuss the best timing with your neck lift surgeon and laryngologist.

Certainly : Certainly this is possible. However, activity may be limited within the first several weeks after surgery. I would advise your regular Botox treatment be scheduled shortly prior to the neck procedure so that you do not need and injection during the immediate post-operative period when neck activities may be limited.

Botox andnecklift: You can Botox in the vocal cords before and after a necklift without any problem. However a tight necklift can effect the voice by putting more pressure on your voice box. It should not be great but you will notice it.
