Spasmodic : Spasmodic dysphonia shouldn't affect your ability to have a neck lift since this type of surgery doesn't involve the larynx. You can check with your voice doctor for more specific guidance.

A : A neck lift should not affect your vocal cords. If performed under general anesthesia, an kma can be used to avoid intubating through the vocal cords. Good luck. :).

Spasmodic dysphonia: You can still have a necklift. The tightness that happens in the neck after surgery takes a little getting used to but is unlikely to make your condition any worst.
