Get help now: Please get in-person help with a psychiatrist or psychologist for these concerns asap. Your family doctor can help get you started. The way you're thinking about yourself shows un-health, and thoughts of suicide are definitely danger signs. You'll need a full evaluation to determine what's happening and to develop effective plans to help you with it -- we can't do this via healthtap.
