Cutting is risky: I'm so sorry to hear about your depression. It is a very difficult problem but there is treatment to help you. Counseling and medications work hand-in-hand to improve your symptoms. Cutting is a risk factor for suicide. Please get help. If hopeless or considering suicide, please call 1-800-suicide 24/7 where a counselor is on the line to help talk you through it.
