Yes. : Yes. The 'poison' you are referring to is the chronic infection from the tooth that remained in far too long. I dont know the source of your other medical issues, but you can start down the road to recovery by removing the remaining tooth fragment and treating the infection.

Unfortunately : Unfortunately any long term oral infection, doesn't stay confined in your mouth, it will travel throughout your system affecting your brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys so on and forth. Please, set your priorities in your budget, try to find a local dental school clinic to take care of your problem and don't allow insurances to govern your health, we don't reside in a socialized medicine country.
