If : If you don't like how your silicone implant turned out you could consider a revision surgery to remove the implant. The bridge can be augmented with your own cartilage instead of the silicone implant. This can be done with septal, ear or rib cartilage depending on your anatomy and augmentation needs. You should visit with a revision rhinoplasty surgeon with experience treating noses like yours.

You : You do not describe what you don't like except the implant. It could be removed and replaced with a cartilage graft. For years I have avoided he use of implants because of problems with movement, extrusion, and infection. I prefer to use cartilage grafts which are taken from the patient's own tissue including the septum, the ears, or when necessary the ribs. As the graft heals it becomes incorporated into the surrounding normal tissue and will never move.

Possibly cartilage: Silicone implants for rhinoplasty can sometimes cause unwanted complications from scar tissue around the implant. If it is removed a cartilage graft from your septum or behind your ear may be necessary to camouflage the defect left behind.

Cartilage: it is best to use your own tissue for augmentation rhinoplasty. Speak to an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon for your options.
