You can do either: If you want to remove your implants you can do that alone however there is a good likelihood that you may not be happy with the drooping in the long term. Depending on your exam, the size of the implants, and your desires, the degree of drooping may or may not be acceptable. The lift can be done at the same time or later. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon to find out what is best for you.

Staged: Removal might be enough. It really depends what your goals for removal of the implant is. Sometimes removal and delayed revision is the best because the result can be more predictable. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine your goals and expectations.

Yes: You can remove the implant and see how the breast tissue contracts. Sometimes patients are satisfied with the contraction that the breasts undergo and decide not to have a life. However if you feel you need a lift at that time you can procede with mastopexy.
